From CNC precision machining, EDM mirror discharge, precision grinding to mirror polishing, each process strictly controls the dimensional accuracy and surface quality. During the mold assembly stage, the focus is on controlling the clearance, guiding accuracy, and smoothness of movement to ensure stable and reliable cooling, exhaust, ejection, and positioning structures, fundamentally reducing mold repairs and improving the success rate of a single trial mold.
